Meet Heidi
Heidi Steinke, Esq., Professional Fiduciary
As an attorney and fiduciary, I am held to very high ethical standards by the State Bar of California and the Professional Fiduciary Association of California, and I take my fiduciary duties, and continuing education requirements for both organizations, very seriously.
I practiced as an attorney in the area of Probate Law for 10 years, with a focus on preparing reports for court accountings on behalf of professional fiduciaries, so I am very familiar with the work of fiduciaries. Based on my work with professional fiduciaries, I transitioned to working as a fiduciary myself in 2019. I love the relationships I have with my clients and I love what I do!
I give each case personal, individualized attention to ensure that the client’s needs and wishes are being fulfilled. When actively administering an estate, I keep family members and interested parties updated and informed through regular communication. I am prepared to work with other professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants, as needed, to make sure the client’s best interests are being met. If a client already has relationships with certain professionals in place, I will continue those relationships.
I have lived in Roseville with my husband and three daughters for 11 years and we are very active in the Roseville community.
